Marie also leads retreats to provide rejuvenation and an opportunity to listen to the wisdom of your soul.

Marie has spent a lifetime studying various methods of energetic healing. Her practice is grounded in the belief that energy alignment and soul work enhance our ability to heal, physically, emotionally and spiritually.  

It all started with a deep connection to the earth growing up on a farm in Iowa.  She learned foot reflexology from her mother and the use of herbal remedies from a grandmother. 

Marie utilized herbal and homeopathic remedies with her own family and personally experienced ‘miracle’ healing with acupuncture and jin shin jyutsu.  After a soul awakening Marie was trained as a Reiki Master and shamanic healing practitioner, which has brought her full circle to a deeper connection to the earth.

Marie holds a master’s degree in education and lives in Rochester, Minnesota.
